The Sakura Koi 30-Piece Pocket Set takes a standard 26-color range and adds four specialty pans: silver and gold metallics, plus fluorescent pink and orange. The metallic pigments use very finely milled particles that dry with a shimmering, slightly opaque finish, which works well for catching light on water, reflective surfaces, or lettering accents — something a standard matte watercolor pigment can't do on its own.

The case uses the same general pocket-series format — easel lid, underside thumb ring, and a detachable mixing tray, here side-mounted — with two sponges included for controlling how much water your brush picks up.
