The Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 12-set is the entry point into one of the most lightfast colored pencil lines in the world. Twelve carefully selected colors cover primary and secondary values plus essential mixing anchors — enough to start building a serious working palette. The 3.8mm wax-and-oil core lays down smoothly with strong pigment saturation, and the formula handles color overlapping and blending without resistance.

Packaged in a branded metal tin, it travels well and stores cleanly. A solid choice for artists testing the Luminance line before committing to a larger set, or for those building a compact travel kit without sacrificing pigment quality or permanence.

All 12 colors meet the ASTM D-6901 lightfastness standard at LFI or LFII rating.
